Saurabh and I attempted to use saturation spectroscopy to compensate for the Doppler broadening. His site documents out attempts at this. Though we were unsuccessful in our efforts, the simulation and data gathered from this part of the experiment seems to indicate that observing the spectral lines of individual isotopes is possible.
